A single cask Speyside malt from a distillery that is not named, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2024 at 16 years old. It was matured in a refill butt and is bottled at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
It is described as a dry, well matured Oloroso sherry style of whisky. The nose brings spicy Oloroso, creamy sherry toffee, freshly cut ripe apple, salted nuts, dried peach and plum, dry honey and clove. The palate has malt sugar, apple juice, Oloroso sherry and spiced pastry with honey. The finish is salted coffee caramel, dry oak and unsweetened honey and orange biscuits.
