This is a Swiss malted barley spirit from Seven Seals Innovation AG, three years old and finished in Amarone wine casks. It was distilled three times and is an original bottling at 46%, without chill-filtration or added colour. It comes in the new packaging introduced in 2024.
On the nose there are ripe cherries, dark berries and subtle spice over light woody spice. The palate is full-bodied, balancing sweet fruit with fine vanilla and a soft wood structure. The finish is long and soft, with a hint of dried fruit and fine spice.
