Seven Seals Aries is a Swiss malted barley spirit from Seven Seals, bottled at 49.7% in a 50cl bottle and presented in a wooden box. It is a limited bottling.
The spirit matured for three years and was finished in triple port wood barrels. It is non-chill-filtered with no added colour.
The nose offers ripe fruit, fine malt sweetness and a subtle note of port. The palate is robust, with dried berries, dark chocolate and complex wood. The finish is long and elegant, balancing spice and fruit.
