Seven Seals Malted Barley Spirit Gemini is a Swiss single malt from Seven Seals, matured for three years in barrel. It is bottled at 49.7% in a 50cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour, and comes in a wooden box.
The nose is malty and fruity, with a hint of vanilla and spice. The palate is full-bodied, with ripe grain, subtle caramel and a pleasant spiciness. The finish is long and slightly dry.
