Seven Seals The Age of Aries is a Swiss single malt from the Zodiac series. It was matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead and then given a double finish in a port cask. It is bottled at 49.7% in batches of 365 bottles.
On the nose there is green apple, cinnamon and milk chocolate. The palate is warming and fruity, with rock sugar and vanilla. The finish is long and sweet, with ginger sweets and candied fruit.
