The Age of Cancer is part of the Zodiac series from Swiss producer Seven Seals, in which each bottling is dedicated to a star sign. This one pairs gentle peat smoke with a sherry finish. It is bottled at 49.7% in batches of 365 bottles and comes in a wooden box.
Smoke, salt and reduced orange lead the nose, with soft nutmeg and roasted almonds. The palate is round and sweet, with light peat smoke, pineapple, caramel and hazelnut. The finish is long and intense, with smoke and spice.
