Seven Seals – The Age of Sagittarius

A Swiss single malt from Seven Seals, released as part of the Zodiac range, in which each whisky stands for a different personality. This one represents Sagittarius, described as extrovert, enthusiastic and optimistic. It is released in batches of 365 bottles. Seven Seals whiskies rest in wood for at least three years, using a patented process developed by the founder, Dr Dolf Stockhausen, to speed up maturation. The nose is vanilla and gingerbread, pleasantly sweet. The palate is well balanced, with a hint of roasted nuts, liquorice, raisins and wood. The finish is sweet and long-lasting.
