Shindo – 2026 Mizunara & Bourbon Cask (70cl, 55%)

Shindo 2026 Mizunara & Bourbon Cask is a limited edition Japanese single malt, bottled at 55% in a 70cl bottle. Shindo distillery was established in 2021 in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture, working to the concept of "pursuing originality". It makes its new make spirit with its own yeast and ages it in various types of cask. This bottling is a blend of three parts: 40% unpeated malt aged in Mizunara oak casks, 40% peated malt aged in bourbon casks, and 20% unpeated malt aged in bourbon casks.
