Signatory Highland Park 1991 Rare Reserve 35th Anniversary (53.4%)

This is a 32 year old single cask Highland Park from Signatory Vintage, part of its Cask Strength Collection. The Rare Reserve series was created by Andrew W. Symington to mark Signatory's 35th anniversary as an independent bottler. The whisky was distilled in 1991 and matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt until it was bottled in 2023 at a cask strength of 53.4%. It is of natural colour and not chill-filtered.
