Single Malts of Scotland Whisky Trail A 'Speyside' Malt 1990 31 Year Old (70cl, 51.6%)

This is a 31 year old single cask Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 51.6% ABV. It comes from the Whisky Trail range from Elixir Distillers, which looks at lesser known distilleries and unusual expressions. Only 141 bottles were filled from the cask in this limited release. It is described as having the character of a long-aged Speyside: rich and fruity, with a complex palate.
