Slyrs 51 is a Bavarian single malt, put together from several casks and diluted to 51% before bottling in a 70cl bottle. That strength gave the whisky its name.
The malt matured in classic white oak casks as well as a range of wine finishes, and the different cask influences shape the final composition. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
