Fifty One is a Bavarian single malt from Slyrs, a distillery in the Bavarian Alps founded in 1999 by Florian Stettner. The name comes from a monastery dating to 779, founded by Irish and Scottish monks. Fresh fruit, malted barley and discreet toast are described for the whisky, and the distillery's whiskies are known for a creamy, toasted character.
