Slyrs Classic is a German single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from regional raw materials, produced gently and matured for a long period in American white oak casks.
In the glass it is a clear golden yellow. The nose is intense and complex, with apricot, orange peel, fresh ginger and caramel. The palate is elegantly structured, with noticeable sweetness, marzipan and walnuts, and the finish is long and intense with spicy cinnamon.
