Slyrs Amontillado Cask Finish is a German single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whisky first matured for several years in new American white oak casks, which gave it a golden colour. It was then finished for over 11 months in original Amontillado casks from Bodegas Tradición in Jerez, some of them up to 50 years old.
The finish adds notes of caramel, honey and raisins.
