Slyrs Bavarian Peat is a peated Bavarian single malt, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from malted barley dried over a peat fire, with mountain spring water from the Bavarian Alps. It is chill-filtered and of natural colour.
It is described as smoky and roasted in character, balanced by vanilla, pear and salted caramel.
