Slyrs Bavarian Single Malt is a German single malt whisky, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from regional raw materials with a gentle production, then given a long maturation in American white oak barrels.
The nose is intense and complex, with apricot, orange peel, fresh ginger and caramel. The palate is elegant and noticeably sweet, with marzipan and walnuts. The finish is long and intense, with spicy cinnamon.
