Slyrs Champions Malt Whisky FCB Edition is a Bavarian malt whisky dedicated to FC Bayern München. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, with no added colour.
The whisky is three years old. It was matured in American white oak and then finished in wheat beer casks, which is what sets this edition apart from the standard Slyrs malt.
The nose is fruity, with malt and a restrained spiciness. The palate is creamy and soft, with sweet malt, vanilla and a light note of beer. The finish is pleasantly dry, with a fine hoppy bitterness.
