A malt whisky from Slyrs, made in Neuhaus am Schliersee in Upper Bavaria, Germany. It is composed from several whiskies distilled from barley and matured to different ages, then married after extensive tastings. New American white oak shapes it, bringing vanilla, malt and caramel notes. It is bottled at 40%, chill-filtered and with no added colour.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with ripe pear and apple. The palate is soft and mild, with fruity honey sweetness, malt and a light touch of vanilla. The finish is long and balanced, spicy, mineral and slightly dry.
