Slyrs Organic Single Malt is made at the Slyrs distillery on the Schliersee from certified, single-variety organic barley malt. Its packaging uses recycled GMUND Bio Cycle paper.
It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose is fresh, with honey, cereal and a light floral note, plus soft vanilla, American white oak and a hint of citrus. The palate is soft and balanced, with gentle oak, allspice, sweet malt, vanilla and caramel, then green apples and pears. The finish is medium and refreshing, with a little oak and honey.
