Slyrs is a Bavarian single malt, and this edition is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The finish gives it a dark, sweet, dessert-like character.
The nose brings raisins, figs, dates, brown sugar and warm caramel, with a hint of spiced bread. The palate is syrupy and creamy, with dark chocolate, honey, plums and soft spice over the malty base of the spirit. The finish is long, warm and sweet, with cocoa, dried fruit and a velvety sherry note.
