A single malt from Slyrs Distillery in Upper Bavaria, finished in Pedro Ximénez casks and sold in a 700ml bottle.
Florian Stetter founded the distillery in 1999 after a trip to Scotland, starting out at the Lantenhammer Distillery. In 2007 production moved to a purpose-built site in Neuhaus. The whisky is unpeated and made with barley malt from Bamberg and water from the nearby Bannwaldquelle spring.
