This is an official distillery bottling of single malt whisky from Slyrs in Germany, finished in rum casks that previously held Caribbean rum. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. The rum casks are said to give the whisky a strong, spicy character of the kind associated with Caribbean rum.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
