Slyrs Rye Whisky is a Bavarian rye made from a three-grain mash of rye, wheat and malted barley, with rye in the majority. Rye is the original Bavarian grain, and it gives a sweetish malt character that dominates the mash, backed by the aromas of the barley and wheat.
It is bottled at 41% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
