Slyrs – Sauternes Finish

Slyrs Sauternes Finish is a Bavarian single malt finished in Sauternes casks. The sweet wine gives the whisky a vinous side, while the malty character of Slyrs remains the base. The nose offers honey, apricot jam, grapes and white flowers, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate come juicy peach, honeydew melon, sweet white wine and light spices in a creamy texture. The finish is long, warm and honeyed, with a touch of dried fruit and subtle oak.
