This Bavarian single malt from Slyrs is the third Distillers Choice edition, selected by cask manager Andreas Flossmann. The whisky was distilled in 2018 and first matured in new American white oak, then spent a further 18 months in casks previously used for Moscatel sherry.
It is bottled at 49.4% in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring. The finish brings the house character of Slyrs together with the fruity, spicy aromatics of Moscatel sherry.
