Slyrs Single Malt PX Cask Finish is a Bavarian single malt from Schliersee. It matures first in American white oak, then moves into former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for its finish. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, with no colouring added.
The nose offers dried plums and berries. The palate is round, sweetish and spicy, and the finish is long and soft, with a note of raisins.
