Slyrs Single Malt is a whisky from Bavaria, made from Bavarian barley and pure Alpine water, and sold in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in American white oak casks. The barley is malted and kiln-dried gently, a step the producer credits with bringing out the aroma and body of the whisky. It is suggested for drinking neat or over ice.
