Smithville Texas Four Grain is a straight bourbon from Bone Spirits, made under the Smithville Distillery name in Smithville, Texas. It is bottled at 47% ABV, or 94 proof, in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill is reported as 70% corn, 15% wheat, 10% rye and 5% malted barley, so all four grains go into one bourbon. Caramel, vanilla, honey and toasted oak lead, with brown sugar, butterscotch, cinnamon and rye spice. The texture is smooth, and the finish is long and warming, with caramel, oak and pepper.
