WhistlePig – Farmstock Rye Whiskey (75cl)

WhistlePig Farmstock Rye is a blend of three ryes: the estate's young whiskey, the distillery's best rye of five to six years old, and its 12 year old rye. The grain was grown on WhistlePig's own farm, the water comes from local springs and the wood was harvested from Vermont forests. It is bottled by hand on site in the WhistlePig barn. The nose is oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee and mint. On the palate caramel, cinnamon and baking spices lead, with hints of citrus and stonefruit. The finish is long, with winter fruit, dark chocolate, tobacco, butterscotch and vanilla, along with classic rye spice.
