WhistlePig's Piggy Back is a 6 year old Vermont bourbon, bottled at 100 proof in a 75cl bottle. It is made from a mash bill high in corn, with a little rye kept in, and aged in Char #3 barrels.
The nose is caramel corn with oak. The palate brings maple and vanilla with a creamy mouthfeel, and the finish is herbal tea with a hint of honey.
