Hillrock Estate Distillery – Single Malt Whiskey (75cl)

Hillrock Estate Single Malt is a New York whiskey made from barley grown on the Hillrock farm in the Hudson Valley. The barley is floor malted on site in a malthouse described as the first new one built at a US distillery since Prohibition. The grain is then milled, fermented, pot distilled in small batches, aged and bottled on the estate. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The estate's signature character is cinnamon and clove, layered with caramel and vanilla.
