Smokehead Peated is an Islay single malt with a strong note of peat smoke, bottled at 43%.
The nose is led by peat smoke, followed by spicy sweetness, seaweed and salt, with fresh lemon, sharp ginger and fine plum jam. The flavour bursts out at the first sip, and the finish is long and stays strong, with some mandarin and exotic spice. Peat smoke is present throughout.
