Sonoma Distilling Co. – Sonoma Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 46%)

Sonoma Bourbon is a wheated California craft bourbon from Sonoma Distilling Co., bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 70% California corn, 25% California wheat and 5% malted barley from Wyoming. Adam Spiegel founded the distillery in 2010. It makes small-batch, grain-to-glass whiskey in direct-fired pot stills in Sonoma wine country, and the wheat gives this bourbon a soft, rounded sweetness. On the palate it shows toasted vanilla, almond, toffee brittle and coffee.
