Sortilege Canadian Whisky and Maple Syrup (70cl, 30%)

Sortilege is a Canadian whisky blended with maple syrup, in a 70cl bottle at 30% ABV. The recipe is credited to descendants of the first settlers of Quebec, who brought whisky-making methods to the New World and added maple syrup, a local ingredient. It aims to balance the strength of Canadian rye whisky with the rich, golden flavour of pure Quebec maple syrup.
