Spey Chairman's Choice is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The name comes from a family tradition in which the distillery's chairman chose the casks for festive family occasions. The whisky is made in small batches from a combination of selected casks.
The nose offers soft orchard fruits, honeycomb, warm malt and gentle vanilla, with a floral sweetness. On the palate there are ripe pears, toffee, creamy malt and light spice. The finish is clean and of medium length, with honey, soft oak and a touch of lingering fruit.
