Speybridge is a ten-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenrothes, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 by Wilson & Morgan for their Barrel Selection. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
After its first maturation in oak casks, the whisky was finished for 20 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The nose is usually described as dried fruits, raisins and dark honey, with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is velvety, with sweet sherry, brown sugar, stewed orchard fruits and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with dried figs, Christmas cake spices and oak.
