This is a 15 year old Speyside single malt from Speyburn, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is matured in a mix of ex-American and ex-Spanish oak casks, and the distillers combine the casks to make the final blend. Its colour is amber with gold highlights.
The nose brings dark chocolate, raisins, citrus zest and vanilla, with a little spice. On the palate come oranges, toffee, vanilla and leather with a gentle spice, leading to a long, warming finish that is sweet and creamy.
