This is a 25 year old single malt from Speyburn in Speyside, bottled at 46%. It was matured for a quarter of a century in American and Spanish oak casks.
The nose offers honey, vanilla and dark chocolate with a hint of dried fruit. On the palate it is velvety, with ripe citrus, spice and oak balanced by a subtle sweetness.
The finish is long and warm, with caramel and toasted almonds.
