Speyburn Rum Cask is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It starts in bourbon casks and is then finished in rum casks. The aromas divide between the two: pineapple, mango and warm banana from the rum cask, and citrus zest and green apple from the bourbon cask.
The colour is pale gold. The palate has tropical fruit, soft caramel and a dusting of cinnamon, and the finish is fresh vanilla.
