Spirit of Yorkshire – Filey Bay Flagship (70cl, 46%)

Filey Bay Flagship is an English single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, first bottled in 2020 as the cornerstone of the Filey Bay range. It followed the First Release and Second Release, with which the distillery was establishing its light, creamy, fruity house style. It is distilled from the distillery's own homegrown barley and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill filtration. The official notes describe it as light, creamy and fruity, with citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla.
