Spirit of Yorkshire Filey Bay Moscatel Sherry Cask (70cl, 47.3%)

Filey Bay Moscatel Sherry Cask is an English single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, bottled at 47.3% in a 70cl bottle without colouring or chill filtration. It joined the distillery's core range in late 2025, renamed from Moscatel Finish, with its strength raised from 46%. It is assembled from whiskies finished or fully matured in Spanish oak casks that previously held sweet Moscatel sherry wine. Each batch is made by a solera-style fractional blending process: half is kept and returned to the sherry casks to become the start of the next batch. The whisky is medium in weight, with sweet exotic fruit flavours from the Moscatel.
