Spirit of Yorkshire Filey Bay STR Red Wine Cask (70cl, 47.3%)

Filey Bay STR Red Wine Cask is an English single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 47.3% ABV. It joined the distillery's core range in late 2025, with its name changed from STR Finish and its strength raised from 46%. The whisky is drawn from spirit finished or fully matured in STR red wine casks that previously held Rioja. STR stands for shaving, toasting and recharring, a method of rejuvenating casks. Each batch is blended in a solera style, with half kept back and returned to the casks to start the next batch. It is bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
