Springbank 10 Year Old Fino Sherry Cask Matured is a 2025 release from Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. It was distilled in July 2015 and bottled in October 2025 at a natural cask strength of 55%, with an outturn of 11,400 bottles.
The whisky spent four years in refill bourbon hogsheads, then six years in fresh American oak Fino sherry hogsheads.
The nose brings sea spray, lemon zest and mineral peat, with green apple, toasted almonds, vanilla, salted nuts and flor. The palate is vibrant and full-bodied, with sweet malt, citrus oil, coastal smoke, white peach, lemon curd and roasted hazelnut. The finish is long, clean and coastal, with drying peat smoke and nutty sherry.
