A five-year-old single malt from Springbank in Campbeltown, bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured entirely in bourbon casks.
The nose is bright and lively, with green apple, gorse, wine gums and a mineral note. On the palate, a touch of peat smoke sits alongside icing sugar and white chocolate, before tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop. The finish brings honey and gooseberries.
