This is a 12 year old Springbank single malt, bottled at cask strength in January 2026. It matured entirely in bourbon casks.
The nose is earthy and mineral with a salty edge, bringing dried banana, granola, lemon zest and a touch of smoke. The palate offers grapefruit syrup, orange pith, pomelo and white marshmallow. The finish turns to cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels, with a hint of smoke.
