A 15-year-old single malt from Springbank in Campbeltown, matured entirely in sherry casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered.
The nose is dried plums, dried fruit and Oloroso sherry, with clove, mint, iodine and a little salt. The palate is full and powerful, with peat smoke, tobacco, figs, walnuts, Demerara sugar and cocoa.
The finish is long and intense, with smoke, soot, leather and walnuts, and it dries slowly.
