It comes from Cask 480 and is bottled at its natural cask strength of 54.4% in a 75cl bottle. It belongs to the Local Barley series of 1966 Springbank single casks released in the mid to late 1990s. This was one of fifteen ex-bourbon sister casks released in 1997, after the first three sherry casks of 1966 were bottled in 1990. It is described as complex, with fruit, tobacco, leather and oak, along with threads of saline and smoke.
