Springbank 21 Year Old from the 2022 batch is a Campbeltown single malt limited to 3,600 bottles. It matured in sherry and port casks and was bottled at 46% ABV, unfiltered and without added colour.
The nose offers berries and fruit cake, with ginger, honey and a hint of leather. The palate is soft and delicate, with maritime notes, salted and sweet caramel, cocoa, gingerbread and red berries. The finish is long and creamy, sweet, with touches of dark fruit.
