This is a 30 year old single malt from Springbank in Campbeltown, from the 2025 release.
The whisky was matured in a mix of 85% bourbon casks and 15% sherry casks.
The nose opens with soft candle smoke and manuka honey, then moves into cranberry, white pepper, potpourri and orange. On the palate come honeycomb, icing sugar, candied ginger and demerara sugar, with a salty note that recalls salted caramel.
