The whisky matured in a mix of 15% sherry casks and 85% bourbon casks.
On the nose it is rich and honeyed, with ripe peaches, honeycomb and creamy chocolate. The palate is vibrant, with tropical fruit and fresh tangerine, and a leathery note of old library books builds over time. The finish is tart and syrupy, with brambles, maraschino cherries and a dunnage warehouse note.
